[Bf-funboard] Copying Constraints using Shortcut Ctrl-L

Speaking of that:
ctrl-c is now taken (copy to buffer) so the addon shouldn't override its
hotkey. 
Question is: what should we do with this addon's hotkey? should we just
stuff it in the ctrl-L menu as extra items?
