[Bf-funboard] Face Selection Masking Display

The more dense the mesh, the harder it is to see what you are
painting... so most of the time I end selecting the polys in edit
mesh, copying them somewhere else and enter TP mode again to paint
it... workflowpunchintheface­

So if the "outlining" is too complicated, at least we need some way to
control how selection is displayed, because I couldn't find anything
in the Theme settings...

And by the way, it would be awesome to also have a "port" of Sculpt's
Masking brush in Texture Paint mode :)
