[Bf-funboard] Suggestion for Orthographic Camera Views Keybinding for tablets/laptops/or people who don't want to drop the mouse

Sorry to spam, but I wanted to reply directly to Doug.  I personally would
not use them the way they were in 2.49, as I always activated them by
accident, but having the tweak events would be nice.  I actually wanted
orthographic front/back to just be a circle motion clockwise or
counterclockwise, but that was not in the current system and thus the
click/doublclick suggestion.
