[Bf-funboard] Suggestion for Orthographic Camera Views Keybinding for tablets/laptops/or people who don't want to drop the mouse

Ah!  Brilliant!  I don't know if I want to go with this precisely as
proposed, but it never occurred to me to involve the mouse.  That
makes a lot of sense.  Lots of avenues to explore now. :-)

I'll add this to the key map as proposed for now.  And we can try
other things later on.
