Making a Solar system
Planets rotating around a sun at a different speed to moons rotating around
planets several moons rotating around planet at different speeds and that planet
orbiting a sun.

How can I get each planet and moon to rotate at different speeds.

We know about parenting and follow paths but dont get how to obtain perpetual
rotation at different speeds.
