[Bf-funboard] default file

This is a great idea.

Perhaps there needs to be a "skinning" option where users can select
different skins at run time.  The installer would then give the option of
selecting a beginner's skin, and tutorials would just say "use the expert
skin" or "use the beginner's skin."
