[Bf-funboard] PoseLib improves

The actual PoseLib works only with names.. so each time you look for a
pose... u got to  navigate each one with the bones selected or look fot it
in the list. it'd help a lot having thumbs of each pose...maybe in a float
window, making groups (hands, expressions, walkcycles, feet,e tc)
There's a free script like these for Maya.
For the thumb what the script does is a screenshot of the viewport... and
you can set the size of it.
