[Bf-funboard] Render frame ranges/filenames

hey just saw this discussion late- thanks Campbell for the patch- the 4
digit frame length has bit me in the past- ended up using some shell
scripts to add leading zeroes, so various software would get the order
of the frames right. 
Just out of curiousity, is there a reason for blender not to set the
number of digits based on the length of the render?
