[Bf-funboard] Window headers on right and left in addition to top and bottom?

Ahh, learn something new about Blender everyday!

I still think headers on the side would be nice.  And the menus wouldn't
have to be drawn sideways.  They could just live under "show/hide pulldown
menu" icon like the way it does in Photoshop and Gimp.
