[Bf-funboard] Blender Fullscreen in Linux

Hi Alberto,
Im not saying these problems cant be worked around, just that with 
windowed, its easier for newbe's and theres the added advantage people 
dont need to mess with nvidia-settings, or go around writing wrapper 
scripts so blender runs in a window by default.

Heres a small patch that makes linux work like win32.

blender -W
# will run fullscreen
