[Bf-funboard] Animated view transformation

Hi, heres something I think could be usefull-
the patch interpolates view transformation (if set in teh view and 
controle preferences)

This means when spinning an object from the numpad you see it spin.

it also works for boarder zoom, homekey, numpad-dot-key, and center view.

Id be interested in what people think when using the patch... set the 
transformation to 150ms - seems to be a good setting that wont waist time.
