[Bf-funboard] UI consistency for "stackable stuff"

Hi,

I feel the urge to express the need for a bit more UI consistency in Blender
when it comes to "stackable stuff".

Currently, x places come to mind where you can arrange stuff in a stack and
delete/insert/move stuff around:

- Modifier stack
- Constraints
- UV layers
- Textures

All these places use slightly or completely different UI metaphors to
present their respective "stack", although for the most part, exactly the
same user input / interaction is requested.

This isn't a question of "there was no time for finishing the UI", because
the UI could have been done re-using the same widgets and approach as for
other stackable stuff (I personally think the Modifier UI is the one best
done).

So, for the ever-delaying UI workover ;-), may I suggest that these places
be visited and revised, and for future work, a single UI metaphor is used
for stacks?
