Pffffff... this is the exact equivalent of a normal application's
"File->New" function (heh, actually, it's even "File->New" in Blender)...
other applications ask "Save changes to <foo.bar>? YES NO CANCEL"... 
and you can skip the "Not undoable" part anyway, because this is not 
undoable in any application on earth.

Hell, rocket science discussions about the most obvious stuff.
