[Bf-funboard] removal of "add>mesh>Tube"

The points being discussed now are quite small, how to set defaults etc.
Ill pass the default-per-type idea by Briggs or Ton and see what they 
think. seems a good solution to me.

we know we want realtime updates etc. but cant have them with the 
current system. so IMHO this improves things withing the constraints of 
the existing UI.

I can add "Tube" back to the menu later of needs be.
