Yes yes.
Blender does all what you ask for but in a different way however IMSI 
Turbocad 3D also has a lot of  extra functionality using the mouse.  
Pretty well everything regarding the selected object can be done from a 
popup  menu right mouse click.
Zoom to mouse pointer  also a 'luv2hav' item.
I am very acustomed to the blender interface but these things would make 
it like I won the lottery.
