[Bf-funboard] Button Bar Frame Numbut

Hi, a realy simple to implement change but Id just like to test the water.
at the moment the frame slider go's from  1 to 300,000, this makes a 
click-drag almost usless to take you to an exact frame number. and you 
just have to type it in.
The max frame increased recently so this is more of a problem then it 
was initialy.
Could we clamp the range to the min/max frame? - this would a clickdrag 
work be a useable range.
Of course the user could use arrow keys or the timeline to go outside 
the min/max range, they jusyt wouldent be able to use the button to do so.
