[Bf-funboard] Updated Feature Proposal - Automatic Snapping

Really fantastic! I am missing this since I use Blender.
Without it architectural visualization and other accurate
work is no fun in Blender.
As I am teaching both adults and children, I know that
they all are looking for such a feature.
