[Bf-funboard] Updated Feature Proposal - Automatic Snapping

[Bart]

As always i can only made some proposals and hope some developers like 
the idea and try to code it.

And of course i always hoping it fits in Tons idea of Blender - i try my 
best to make it fit :)
