[Bf-funboard] Updated Feature Proposal

Hello developers,

thanks for the 2.4 release of Blender which brings a lot of new features 
and improvements.

So i started updating my feature proposal (not complete yet) and saw 
many, many things comes true! Thanks again.

I reworked the chapter about wireframe rendering too and added a screen
