[Bf-funboard] optional hidden datatypes

Hi, IU was interested in having a python plugin that used images for the 
UI, its a bit messy though because all the loaded UI element images are 
displayed in the Image/UV browser.
I propose that we have a preference called *"Display Hidden Datatypes"* 
off by default to keep current functionality.

When enabled you would not see any datatype beginning with a '.' just 
like unix filenames.
