[Bf-funboard] Feature Proposal Update

Personally I hope the plan isn't to keep anything similar to the current
concept. The main negative I see to the current implementation is not
being able to see what is going on. The user can't see what modifiers he
has applied without scrolling through them. I kind of like Bart's concept
and if done right it might work out well.
