[Bf-funboard] Why can't you rotate MetaElems?

Rotating of MetaElem should affect matrix transformation of MetaElem. 
Resizing of MetaElem affects ml->rad variable. "3 size" parameters are 
editable with dx, dy, dz buttons in button window ... these buttons 
change expx, expy, and expz variables of MetaElem.
