[Bf-funboard] IPO window Face lift

I know it is a tried and true system to use the IPO window for
advansed animation, but could it get some face lift love'n as well ?
It is a: a flinchy window and even more flinchy to edit the tiny dots
that represent data. And sure just increaseing the vertex size in the
window helps but it is still ugly as sin and stuffy

This is from OSX Quartz Composer and is very fluid and fast.

It is clean and faster to work in sans floating widget.
