[Bf-funboard] Re: Fake Area-Lights

Basically I agree with the proposal, It's always
cumbersome to set this kind of thing manually.
Dupliverted spots are a real mess to see in a scene.
Something that could be easily (I guess) done is to
add an option to avoid drawing of the dupliverted
lamps but still render its light/shadow. Something
like hiding bones. Of course its only use would be for
lights though...

I personally don't think it could be possible from
python (at least not the way the feature was
described) because I can't figure out a way to hide
the generated spots and still render its lighting...

Writing this I got an idea I would like to try.
