I was going to say that wrong keycombos, cos I have been using them
for a lot of time, one is bottom view and the other is move view, but
IIRC shift 5 is free, as are the combos based using 9. But both shift
and control work.

But then checked the documentation, and they contradict themselves:
the script and the appendix say control, the original book and the
main section says shift, and what is more, the appendix does not know
about move and has completly shift+7 wrong. Great, really great. :[
