[Bf-funboard] corform selected vertices to a control surface

This is really similar to boolean operations with intersections. Instead of
destroying geometry and creating new verts and faces based on the
interection. What I'd like to do is just move the verts to the nearest
point that they intersect with the control object. This would be useful for,
for instance creating an angular jawline.

So workflow would be to select your verts. Then choose 'conform to
surface'. Then choose your control object. Now you move and orient your
control object (or it could have been already placed how and where you like
it). Then press RMB and the verts move to a conforming location.

This could probably largely reuse the code for boolean interestections.
