[Bf-funboard] 'sticky' extrude

It might be nice to have a way to set extrude to be sticky,

that is instead of current work flow of

select edge (or face),
EKEY
move mouse and click
EKEY
move mouse and click
...

do instead
selected edge
EKEY
move mouse and click
move mouse and click
...
ESCKEY (Or MMB) (Or GKEY to switch to grab, or SKEY to switch to scale, 
etc...)
