[Bf-funboard] Offset for procedural textures

I don't think the noise texture will serve you well in this context. Last
time I used it, it was PURELY random, meaning that it also gives different
results for each frame that you render, no matter what offsets/sizes you
specify.

Maybe you're looking for Stucci or something similar.
