[Bf-funboard] UV image ideas

In the UV image window, under the Image Window, it would be nice to have the 
option of New Image

Image > New Image...


Which would pop up a window for selecting the following

Image Width (In Pixels)
Image Height (In Pixels)
Image Color
Image Depth (16 bit, 32 bit, grayscale, and whether it has an alpha channel)
Image Type (png, jpg, targa.. etc.)

This would be really useful for objects you are going to texture paint 
inside of blender.
