As a serious answer, I doubt if these will ever be included in blenders internal
renderer(s), as they are seriously complex, slow, and fakeable. However, compatibility with
other renderers (notably yafray and aqsis (renderman)) is improving greatly, and
idealy you will be able to switch over to these renderers with little or no problem,
and without having to leave the blender interface.
