Good job!

An interesting and effective way of grouping you've come up with.
I would have recommended using 2 levels of spacing (or 3 counting
no spacing for radio buttons). But youre style has the advantage
of having grouped and not grouped buttons in 1 grid (same
heights).

I'm not sure about the dropdowns for 'Render Using' and
'Render Type'. I would prefer buttons right away, if
there wouldn't be the issue of too long text at least
with the second.

With the format presets, 'Custom' is not listed in the unfolded
menu. Either make it a persistent entry in the menu, or simply
write '-' (or nothing) in the dropdown in case of custom settings.
A named entry that comes and goes would be no good.
If you make it persistent, it would have to keep the last state,
before the user switched to another preset.

If the user would use 1 of the presets, but changes render size (%)
for testing and sets it back afterwards, the menu would show
custom state, allthough settings would be identical to the original
preset. Maybe it would be good to detect that, and set the menu
accordingly.
