How hard would it be to add compositing effects to blender? I know that the
sequence editor has some basic features, and extending them shouldn't seem
too hard.

Here are a list of features that would need to be added:
Keying (manual, chroma, green, etc)
Rototscoping
3D clips (treating each element in the timeline as a 3d layer that can be
rotated, and moved)
Keyframing of all values


Any ideas?
