[Bf-funboard] Panel headers (original seems best)

I've changed my mind and agree with you now.

Though the colours could be left as they are, to make it easier for me to
distinguish between the colours used I've come up with this mock-up:

So then I think the user-definable colours should be:
- panel background
- header
- header text (on panels with no tabs)
- active tab text
- inactive tab text (I think it should be customizable to allow the user to
make the text light or dark independent of the other text)
- inactive tab
And maybe also that triangle thing's colour (I think some people would want
it to be independently coloured).
