[Bf-funboard] Panel headers (more mockups) (Luke)

I've read through this panel header discussion, and
I'd just like to add my two cents. By far the most
elegant, clear usable design has to be the one
implemented currently. It is very clear what panel is
selected, that the header han be dragged, and it also
looks by far the nicest. In early pre 2.3 builds there
were some issues before the header was finalised, but
I it really did turn out excelent by the time 2.3 was
released.

The colour of the header in a single-tab panel and a
tab in a multi-tab panel differs, which is good, you
must remember they react diferently when clicking! The
grey part allows for dragging in both situations and
the tab part switches tabs. The selected tab also has
the same colour as the panel, which is very good.

There are many many areas of Blender that could be
improved UI wise, but honestly I think the panel
headers are just perfect as they are now. It really
don't think it is confusing. ´
