As a user I find integrated help to be irritating because you can't 
separate the help window from the application.  Its not useful because 
there are situations where you'd like to read something outside the 
context of actually using the program in question.  Invoking an external 
browser is a much better idea.  But we're all missing the larger issue here:

Blender needs to have complete documentation first.
