[Bf-funboard] Integrated Blender Web Browser Proposal

Wow, that sounds really interesting! The Help function
could also finally be integrated trhough this window.
I looks very inspired by Softimage XSI which has its
own Browser too. I'm for it. Only thing: Why no URL
field? You probably just forgot to include it I would
guess though..
