[Bf-funboard] Tabs for windows with pinned data

Hi,

Yep, first stage has been coded and comitted for it. The new =20
buttons/panels UI system is very flexible. What exactly will be where, =20=

how it works, etc can all be studied on now.

First aim is to have all old functionality working for 100%. During the =20=

next stage we then can fill in all details... and of course make loads =20=

of useful new stuff!
