[Bf-funboard] Blender should show which buttons are relavant

I completely agree. It would also make Blender easier to use
for experienced users... For one, you could instantly see if you
are in Object or Editmode... There are also a lot of buttons in
Curve editing buttons that only work in certain cases, etc.
