It is in html. I was going to do it in a spiffy css frame page but was told that will not bode
to well with everbody here.

So can you understand my idea now ? 
Should I not have wrote the comments like "sure does"  and such. I realy want you to be able to understand the idea clearly. 
Blender has had texture painting forever. It just did not have the texture part, it only painted a flat color. 
Read it and you will hopefully understand.
