How do you think about disconnecting layer rendering and 3d 
vieport visibility?

A question to developers:
Could Ctrl + numbers be used for another time 10 layers?
Currently with 5 to 9 and 0 Ctrl is ignored, Ctrl with 1 
to 4 crashes Blender (Linux).
