No, it's not.

I've got mild dysnomia, which means that I have difficulty remembering names. 
This makes it difficult to work with older versions of Blender, because so 
much depends on being able to remember key combinations. 

That's why changes to the UI have make Blender *much* easier for me to use. 
Instead of knowing that some function exists *somewhere* in Blender but being 
unable to find it, I can actually find stuff fairly easily.

I'll readily grant that I'm an atypical user.
