Errr... I'm already a member here so I guess that it's not what you mean 
by 'Member'. You probably mean 'member of a reviewing board'... and the 
endorsing Member would also be on that board ? So somebody would have to 
be sort of an Original Member (I feel like I am some kind of Free Mason 
;D ) on whom the responsibility for the first 'approvals' would rest ?

Or what ? This is confusing.

There are subjects on which I have little to say and yet what I have to 
say may be important. What if somewhere along that contrived process I 
don't get in ? For example I don't want to have the parenting/grouping 
conveniences 'replaced' by constraints. Parenting and constraints are 
two entirely different concepts, the former relating to hierachical 
organization, the later relating to the definition of an object 
properties.... blah blah blah
This is important, yet I need to be sponsorized to get a chance to say 
it ? What's that ?
