sorry, I'm on a vacation right now, so actually I'm not even allowed to 
read emails (a rule set by my wife :) ) and the whole computer too is 
"no-no" area .. hehheh..

but, couldn't resist, to quickly check.

I think the project page is a good way to go. 
the forum could be used to present the stuff.. 
and easy center place for information and news.

the current list of tasks looks long, and great..
