As I already posted on the blender.org interface forum here:
http://www.blender.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=phpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=1579

It would be great if grabing, scaling, and all these functions wouldn't be limited to the screen. When I grab an object,it should be possible to grab on even when the cursor already reached the border of the window. After discussion, the best way to implement it so it also works great for dualscreen users would be that the mouse doesn't stop at the border of the screen, but at the border of the active blender window. And even when the cursor reached the border of the active blender window you can move on your object, but the mouse stays there. The aim to restrict to the active blender window and not to the whole blender window is also to be less confusing, because you may think that the final validation click of your grab may also push the button that is under your cursor... It would do no harm to limit the cursor to the blender window where it belongs to until the validation click is registered.

The aim of all this is to allow a more fluid workflow if you start a grab (scale or whatever) without first strategically placing your mouse so that you won't be annoyed by the screen limits. It also helps multi monitor users that leave the screen where is blender when grabing too far and when they want to click for confirming the end of the grab (or whatever) they also leave blender and it doesn't register that validation click.

In fact this feature is inspired by the cursor wrap-around of 3ds, but it would be better because wrap-around is rather confusing.

Thanks :)
