[Bf-funboard] Render for print

I discussed render presets with Ton yesterday. he agreed that it would be
very handy to be able to add your own presets (as describes by @ndy at:
http://www.blender.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=phpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=1
662)

coincedentally.....I alread started coding it too. so you can all discuss
this feature, and I'll implement it when you all agree :)
