[Bf-funboard] Policy

Would it be ok if i add  [feature suggestion 3] for features that i would 
like in a blender 3 or maybe a [feature suggestion 2.5] for 2.5 suggestions, 
because i feel that suggestions should be categorised. There are some things 
that could be added now with the current code structure (undo feature 
maybe), and some things that I know would need either a complete code 
overhaul, or a re-write to be accomplished (Major UI changes, things like 
that). Also could i please ask something i have been meaning to for a while, 
and please dont scream and run away after you have read it. Is there a 
complete re-write or overhaul planned.

One other thing, could someone re-mind of the IRC channel and server, and if 
there are going to be IRC meetings could someone, please convert date / time 
into GMT for me. (I'm terriblem with timezones, especially while we in UK 
are in Summertime or wintertime - because our time changes by an hour).
