[Bf-funboard] 2.28 features

Im using blender since version hmmm 1.8. The UI should really change.It
helps new user to learn it and old user will learn it easily i think because
the changes are over a longer period of time.The change with switching menus
is really good idea! I like it and tutorials doesnt change!Not really.I
think nmobody is so stupid not to see in which menu he is =)
