So you have snap commands in the tradition of the snap-menu.
I think there could be a list with checkmarks for snapping 
on grid, vertices, edges and so on (much like current snap 
to grid).

Trims are very interesting. Especialy Edge to Edge, but 
wouldn't it require creating 2 faces out of one in 
some cases?
And do you know solidworks sketching? It has some snap to 
horizontal, vertical, edge extension and so functionality 
(a bit hard to describe, sorry). It allows to achieve the 
same things as 2nd and 3rd Trim manualy (assisted) without 
special commands or tools.
