[Bf-funboard] two small and useful RFEs ... (OOPS labels, drawing snap)

hello everyone :)

I first have meet blender 6 monthas ago, version 2.23. I learned whole
blender during that time (using blenderbook for 2.0). And I used 2.28
for 4 months. Now I started using 2.30 since it is included in debian
sarge, by default.

I love blender software, I'm looking at this mailing list and see how
great work is done here. And lately I started another project with
blender. And so, I have some small RFEs :)

I have a mockup too, so that everyone will see what I mean ;)

1)
please look:

look on the right. in the OOPS schematics window. there is some text
written. I want to be able to place labels in the OOPS window. You see,
my drawing is quite big, and I have problems handling it (thank God I
can use layers and scenes to ease this problem). If I could place labels
in the OOPS schematics window... ooch, the things will get much easier.

And I think this is quite small thing to do (only a little label
there.....?), could someone do this, please?

2)
and second RFE (no mockup, I don't know how to make mockup for this,
even if this is possible?).

I asked on #blenderchat if I can set a drawing snap, and I've been told
there is a snap for: grab, rotate, and size (in the upper pull-down menu ;)

But I would like to have a _drawing_ snap ;) I mean that when I click in
a window, to place a new vertex, I want its coordinates to be rounded up
to the nearest snap value. Martin Poitier (theeth) said that it should
be quite easy - only use some floor function while drawing vertices...
So if it's easy could someone do this...? ;)
