[Bf-funboard] Feature Request: "Make Real" for Effects

This is probably not a new request, but as we have a feature to "Make
Duplis Real" for dupliframed or dupliverted objects, this would be very
hand to be able to apply to particle, wave, and build functions. Use
the same key as "make duplis real" (Alt-Shift-A?).
* For Wave, this would cause the mesh to "keep" the deformation as it
is at the frame you're currently on.
* For Build, this would cause the mesh to "stay" in the state that it
is in at the frame you're currently on.
* For particles, create vertices where all the "particles" are, with
the proper material assigned, etc. (This already works properly if
you've used your particles as dupliverts: you can just "make dupli's
